This series of classes teaches not only the tools of lean, but also offers proven leadership techniques for implementing lean in you organization, managing culture change, and developing continuous improvement engagement throughout your workforce. Following are some highlights about the workshops:

  • Classes will be taught at UT Conference Center, 600 Henley Street, Knoxville, TN 37902
  • All classes begin at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM

  • Each individual course is $300
