Help Us Find the Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee!

The University of Tennessee Center for Industrial Services (UT CIS) is proud to co-sponsor the 2025 “Coolest Thing Made in Tennessee” contest — a celebration of the innovation, craftsmanship, and pride behind the products made in the state.

 

This annual contest highlights Tennessee’s vibrant manufacturing community and helps raise awareness about rewarding careers in manufacturing. It’s also a fun and engaging way to showcase the pride we all share in what’s made in our communities.

 

🗓 Key Dates to Know:

  • Nominations Open: June 16 – June 30
  • Nominations Announced: July 14
  • Popular Round Voting July 15 – July 29
  • Top 16 Voting: August 5 – August 12
  • Top 8 Voting: August 15 – August 22
  • Final Voting (Top Four): September 9 – September 26
  • Winner Announced: October 1 

 

The top four finalists will be invited to exhibit at the Tennessee Manufacturing Excellence Luncheon October 1 in Lebanon, TN, where the winner will be revealed live!

 

Last year’s contest drew 100+ nominations and 75,000+ votes. Let’s make 2025 even bigger!
