Supervisor Essentials

Problem Solving, Delegating, Leading Collaboration, and Conflict Resolution are the four primary areas that our customers tell us are important for new EHS supervisor to manage their supervisory responsibilities effectively.  Each area contains a 4-hour module led by Roberta Pettis, UT CIS Supervisor and Leadership Trainer.
