Originally scheduled as a two-day, normal conference in late May at Milligan University in Johnson City and delayed until mid-July, the event has been converted to a five-part series of 90-minute virtual sessions starting July 16 and continuing for four consecutive Thursdays. Each program will begin at 1 p.m. EDT/12 noon CDT. The topics by date are as follows:

July 30 – “Public Power Fueling Economic Growth in the TVC”;
August 6 – “America’s New National Security Challenges”; and

There will be no registration fee charged, and registration will open next week.
