Special Services (PTAC)

Special services available through the Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) at UT CIS include professional assistance to individuals and businesses across a wide range of government contract-acquisition topics, as well as in group settings via seminars, workshops, conferences, trade fairs and in locations across Tennessee.

The PTAC Program sponsored by UT CIS and the US Department of Defense, Defense Logistics Agency provides specialized and professional assistance to individuals and businesses seeking to learn about contracting and subcontracting opportunities with Department of Defense (DOD), all other federal agencies, state and local governments and prime large contractors. UTCIS PTAC counselors provide assistance in such areas as:
