Ergonomic Basics for manufacturing (2010 Schedule Updated)

This one-day seminar is designed to help companies determine if they have ergonomic hazards in their facilities and what can be done to address these hazards. Attendees will learn how to identify musculoskeletal disorder risk factors in the workplace and possible solutions to common problems. This interactive workshop includes the following topics:

• NIOSH lift calculations
• Fitting the job to the worker
• Starting an ergonomics team
  

This course is scheduled from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
