Tennessee environmental regulatory overview (TERo) (2010 Schedule Updated)

This course helps businesses stay up-to-date and in compliance with the most common air, solid, and hazardous waste, and water regulations as enforced by the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. Learn about Worker Right-to-Know, Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act regulations and pollution prevention. The course is designed for those new to the responsibilities of environmental management and those who need a refresher.
