16 Hour dot (2010 Schedule Updated)
Under Department of Transportation rules, employees who impact the safe shipping and receiving of hazardous materials must be certified by their employers that they have been trained and tested. This includes workers who prepare or sign hazardous waste manifests, workers who prepare hazardous waste for shipment off-site, and hazardous waste generators. This course covers and tests all the subjects needed to fill the DOT requirement, 49 CFR 172.704(d)(5).
