ISO 9001: 2000 Internal Auditor
This in-depth interactive course is designed for those currently involved with
quality auditing and for new internal auditors who wish to become proficient
at using this standard. Internal auditing is among the most important steps on
the road to achieving, maintaining, and improving your quality system. Topics
include
- Understanding ISO 9001:2000
Review of the requirements, including interpretations of difficult
to understand clauses and getting to really “know” what the
standard requires

Practical strategies for implementing and improving your quality management

ISO/TS 16949:2002 Internal Auditor
With the Big Three automakers having phased out support of QS-9000 Quality System
Requirements, the International Automotive Task Force has issued the ISO/TS 16949:2002
technical specification. If you are an automotive supplier who is already registered
to either QS-9000 or ISO/TS 16949:1999, you must upgrade to ISO/TS 16949:2002
or ISO 9001:2000, depending on your situation. This in-depth, interactive course
is for automotive supply chain manufacturers who must conduct internal audits
of their quality management system. Course topics include

A review of the requirements, “process approach,” and customer
oriented processes, including interpretations of difficult clauses and really “knowing” the
