Registration Hours and Location

Please come to the Hermitage Room Registration Counter, during the following times to obtain your name badge and other conference materials. Please note that you will need to present a photo ID in order to obtain your name badge and other conference materials.

• 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 6
• 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 7
• 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Thursday, November 8

Conference Fees

Conference Registration (through October 15) $495

Conference Registration (After October 15) $595

Your registration fee includes:

• breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks and a networking reception on Wednesday, November 7
• breakfast, lunch, refreshment breaks, a networking reception and an awards dinner on Thursday, November 8

Payment and Cancellation Policies

Payment for the full amount of the registration fee must be made by the first day of the conference.

You may pay by credit card or supply a purchase order number along with a credit card to guarantee payment. A purchase order number does not constitute payment and all outstanding purchase orders must be satisfied either by check or credit card. A credit card used as a guarantee will not be charged without prior notification and only if no other means of payment is received.

A $25 service charge will occur for all cancellations received at least one week prior to the event date. No registration fees will be refunded to requests received less than one week prior to an event.
