Core values


The Center will continue to explore new and innovative ways of assistance by working on the cutting edge of consulting and training service delivery with our partners. It is the expectation of CIS senior management to continue this long tradition of service with the Tennessee industrial sector and even businesses in the southeastern United States, nationally and/or sometimes internationally when those opportunities occur and they fit with Center values, mission, and vision.

It is the Center’s intent to utilize available resources to leverage continual improvement in Tennessee’s industrial sector for the long-term sustainability of business and jobs in our state. We will accomplish this strategic vision by providing a stable, high quality line of services for consulting and training that is cost effective, timely and tailored to our customer’s expectations. At the same time, the Center must continue its search for new and previously unexplored services/programs/partnerships that ultimately provide a competitive edge for the industries we work with and provide organizational growth for the Center and its personnel.
